For as relatively quickly as I learned the CAN national anthem from watching hockey, I have not learned and of the French phonetically. I don't think that's gonna happen.
I don't know the middle stanza in English very well at all. I learned the French version in school and only hear the bilingual version at Sens hockey games.
That's kind of funny that you only have exposure to the English middle in OTT road games in western Canada.
Stupid question, do you speak French in your daily life? Your English writing is so good that I often forget you are (at least) bilingual.
First Christmas commercial, dab.
My mother tongue is French and I speak it fluently with as many people as possible. Workplace is in English, but we'll switch if everyone speaks French.

Lol, not me noticing that the Sens ice logo is a full bleed circle.
But there's white and the red offsets a lot, give more depth. Nothing like SJS.
I think the problem with the SJS one is the large white void for the Shark's head. I think it could would be better with a light shade of gray?
The problem with the ice logo was not enough white/light. The gray, teal, and black(?) background made it too flat for me. I've never had the same sense with the Sens logo. Clearly, because I didn't even really notice it was full bleed. lol

Same, learned the French version 1st and then watching Montreal game growing up.
