It's still a little early I suppose but I am **NOT** impressed with the viewing options available (read: none in English) thus far. One of you might be FaceTiming me and pointing your phone at the TV for 3 hours.
not even from onhockey.tv?
There wasn't anything listed when I looked, by I'm on streamd now...first link...NOBODY JINX IT!
Also, torn between muting and wondering what nuggets of wisdom TF has to say.

WHAT?!?!?!?! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A GAME OF THIS MAGNITUDE!
But, at least now I have 30 extra minutes to figure something out. Even when I *had* Prime, I could never get the games to work.
Well, huh, this might explain things...going to GameCenter page and "how to watch" shows Prime **only** for Canada. That might explain why I could never get it to work, it's Prime for Canada and only regional channel for the US team.
Any time media companies want to join the 21st century will be good with me. Movies and TV shows having different releases and agreement for different countries is one thing (though still stupid), but making geolocking Prime as the "Canadian" channel is just weird.
Alas, I may be watching the FLA feed...🤢

I feel like he should just go with a permanent pick like Homer, lol.
Also, some fun stuff...
Al: "Tonight is Brady Tkachuk’s first game back in Ottawa. The models aren’t pricing in revenge-game narratives, and neither is Al Gorithm. If you want the contrarian entry, he’s sitting right there."
Cathy: "Are there revenge-game stats available?"
Al: "A little, but nothing you can price. The one rigorous study is a Russian economics paper in the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics using NHL, NBA, and European soccer data. It found that athletes performed better against former teammates in venues that used to be their home rinks; hockey players took more shots, and the authors read that as an emotional effect rather than tactical knowledge. That’s Tkachuk’s exact situation tonight.
Three caveats. The measured effect is shot volume, not goals, and players also played a tad more selfishly. The effect was strongest for players given secondary roles and moderate playing time by their old club, which is the opposite of a former captain. And the anecdotes go both ways: his brother Matthew laid an egg with zero points in a 6-2 loss in his Calgary return.
A few extra shots might lift Tkachuk’s goal chance a couple of points, not enough to pass Stützle at 37%. For GWG he also needs Florida to win. As a contrarian pick he’s defensible, not a smart-money play."
