It's complicated.

I miss the *idea* of them. First team and all. (We've been over this, right? I'm literally a product of the Mighty Ducks movie.)

The *reality* of them still turns my stomach. But it's also getting dulled by the whole freaking system being moderately skeevy.

Don't go out to eat often enough to not be surprised at how NOT far $30 goes at a fast casual restaurant.

Breakfast scramble was 75% potatoes with slightly burned aftertaste, *maybe* 2 scrambled eggs, a small dash of veggies, "Texas toast" that is the thickness of regular white bread from my childhood, and orange juice premixed with toothpaste.

 

Debating how early in the day I can dive in to sugary gift from friend. Don't even know what it is, it's under a Fort Know level of Saran Wrap.

I think a $10 pizza from Costco later for Pi Day will be a better meal.

Seriously still have the burnt potato skin taste in my mouth.
