Hockey is so weird. How do you explain game 6 sandwiched between game 5 and tonight?

Now it’s 2–0, Toronto. Looks like a game seven coming up in Toronto.

just means they will be crushed once again after being given hope. soul destroying.

Would be very pleased to see that

Stick to the face to one of the officials on the ice, that is never good to see. Hopefully it got him above the eye. I hope it did not get him in the eye.

fun fact: in 10 playoff games vs the panthers, matthews has 0 goals. In a little over 9 mins, Robertson has 1 goal.

Auston Matthews is not in any way shape or form a clutch player, i’ve only pulled for him once in my life in the gold medal game in the 4 nations and he had a chance to win that game and he just couldn’t get it done. He had a clean shot. it will be a damn shame if they don’t get past the second round won’t it? 🤣🤣🤣

I really hate when I do that but this time Russell joined me. He started it

Four FLA players got their first goal of the playoffs in the last game. That says (a) depth, (b) determination, and (c) Leafs collapsing like a wet sack of dead mice.

Never thought this day would come but I guess it has. I will be pulling for the Leafs to beat Florida in this series. Until the Panters cut all ties with Magat Doug Cifu , I will pull for what ever team they are are playing against. I was already pissed that the Panters went to the White House to meet trump. Go Leafs Go. This series anyway.

Maybe the NHL can dock them a first round pick and give it to Ottawa.

I feel your pain, but that is one big ass losing bet. The choke is strong with this group.

Since I do not live near any Toronto fans, I see the sad looks of the people in the stands and all those kids outside the arena and I actually do feel some empathy for them. I can’t help it. I feel bad for them

trust me, if you met some, you'd understand.

Omg!!! Matt Murray is in! It’s come to this!

That is the equivalent of the Toronto Blue Jays, bringing in their centerfielder to pitch the rest of the game

I’m wrong, it’s the equivalent of bringing out a guy that’s been retired because he sucked and couldn’t play anymore and they just stick him out there, because that is what Matt Murray is

if they were playing Ottawa, I would have no sympathy or empathy or any emotions if they were sad or not
