Yes! Treated myself and Abby to Jamba smoothie and whimzee chew, respectively.
And I'm glad I went overboard on hiding everything. 4 people total, one was a rep from the lender (hence the random part) and she was videoing (didn't *ask* me first though which sucked). And, bonus, they were actually smart enough to do the **regular** annual inspection stuff now so they'll skip me when they do annual inspections in May.
