I looked up taking OC to the game from work (a 10 minute drive) and it wasn't less than 1.5 hours and two transfers. CTC transit from within Kanata for Sens games is the worst.
For those of us without the local reference audio cue, how long *should* that take by car or how far is that is miles? (or, you know, kilometers, lol)
Point to point it's 8.7 km/ 5.4 miles.
For me it's about 27.5km (17.1 miles)
Google says 27 mins by car, 1h39m by transit, 1h22m by bike. That's not during rush hour.
oooh, I wanna play! 156km, 1hr 55m by car, 3h 44m by transit, 29 hours walking, 8hrs 9 mins by bike
2623 miles (4221km), 43 hours by car, "Sorry, we could not calculate transit directions from "Camas, WA 98607" to "Canadian Tire Centre, 1000 Palladium Dr, Ottawa, ON K2V 1A5, Canada", 868 hours walking, 239 hours by bike.
868 hours of walking, huh.... guess we'll see you next month!
I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume I'll need some breaks in there. And some IV fluids. And moleskin.
Annnnnnnd, I got a work call a few minutes into intermission and am just now getting back. For added fun, I got news that sent my BP into dangerous territory.
They were discussing the Sens signing Tyler Kleven on TSN. If he's any good, he could be exactly what the Sens need. A big stay at home dman with good wheels and moves the puck well. And if the highlights they showed are any indication, he likes knocking people down.
