I like the negative space design they used. Filling the positive space with rainbow doesn't work as well, I think.

Yep, he has brought some maturity and stability. Having guys like him and Giroux in the room has clearly made a difference this year.
And he was forced into a much bigger role this year than I bet they had in mind for him.
Totally, I expected him to be a scratch a lot of nights when they first brought him back. Instead he's been key in the turnaround
