I remember when former Sens Trent McCleary had he career ended when he took a slapshot to the throat when he was with Montreal.
The replay looked like a targeted missile square to his throat.

that play is exactly what the sens are doing wrong. Joseph has to shoot that puck, instead he's trying to force a pass to Motte, who has no finish. just stupid.
