Back in the fall we were sitting around on my brothers deck at his cottage discussing whether or not the Sens would be better than last years team. I predicted that they would be hard pressed to be as good. None of the moves that Dorkion made would do anything to improve the team. The goaltending would have to improve significantly because the defense was going to be bad, and it is. And that we really only have one NHL caliber line, and possibly a half decent second line. The third and fourth lines would probably be out played most nights. Unfortunately it appears I was spot on.
Is that a round about way to say "never any doubt"?

Yeah... at Thanksgiving I was talking to my cousin about the team. He was psyched, convinced that they were going to be a bubble team this year, maybe even make the playoffs. Got angry when I suggested that might not be the case....
