Kat, what did you do?

Sorry.  I would have preferred the better game for my birthday, believe me

Happy birthday BTW.  You can have some Deep n Delicious cake.

You know when you go to an appointment or something and you're asked the covid screening questions...

- Have you recently tested positive for Covid?

- Have you been in close contact with someone who tested positive for Covid?

- Are you waiting for results of a recent test?

- Have you traveled outside the country in the last 14 days?

- Do have have any of the following symptoms.

- etc...

For the Sens,  it's like the "it's complicated" relationship status.

And they have to cross the border again for the next game.  How is that even allowed right now?

Also.... fight, but after the horn

But it was on the ice and will show up on the score card.

I know they played unexpectedly well yesterday, but overall I really feel like this whole situation is just unfair to the team. You can't put an almost full roster of AHL players up against fully healthy NHL clubs and expect anything except failure on most nights. The fact that the league hasn't addressed this yet is extremely frustrating.

If one of the top 6 teams were in this situation, pretty sure the NHL would have done something.

I'm sure the other teams are not happy about having to play ottawa. If one teams catches it from Ottawa, they then can spread it to another. next thing you know, half the league is having outbreaks.

So many reasons to be angry with the league these days. This is getting harder.

I'm more engaged this season than I have been in a while. But I look around and it's, like, "Really?"

The fact the league isn't giving cap relief for protocol'd players says it all. Normal season at all costs.

It will be interesting to see what happens when a top-tier team gets hit. (I really think it's a "when" not "if", I'm expecting another winter surge.)
