 Ouch!  That's not good.

I'm surprised he's allowed to stay in and not go through concussion protocol.

Not that Eichel would be in that position but between hearing about why the fusion vs replacement question is critical and seeing a head hit like that...sympathetic ouchies!

I’ll have to settle for apple crisp with Craisins and chocolate chips. It’s pretty damn good.

 That sounds amazing.

And for those playing along at home, yes, I suck at dieting.

I just bought a mini waffle maker.  Going to experiment this weekend I think.  It's the tiniest little appliance I've ever seen.

 mmmm, jealous.

Vanilla coconut.  It's possibly too yummy.

You heathen!!

Chocolate, all the way.

um.  So, the thing is.... I don't totally love chocolate cake.

I love chocolate.  But not in cake form.  Or ice cream.

Honestly it's just the coconut part of the vanilla that's killing it for me.

For chocolate desserts, it's cream pie or brownies for me.

Years ago (too many!)  they made an amazing banana cake that was pretty much a whole slab of heaven.  I've been dreaming ever since of the day they bring that one back.
