 oh, that's weird.  I've discovered that my "skip" function is almost useless.... sure, skip 30 seconds, but it takes 20 seconds to start playing again....

I have Rogers Ignite and when I rewind a hockey game, I need to rewind a at least 20 secs past from what I see on the screen because when I hit play it jumps forward that about much.   It's frustrating.

 lol.  That would have been funnier, but no.  One of his teammates trying to toss a towel to the training staff, and it landed on Chara's head
