 I remember Roy Mlakar would go on Jim Rome show once or twice a year and always pump up Chara as one of the best Dmen in the league for the Sens. Such a shame he walked for nothing in return

meth was on Ottawa radio last week for 4 hours. He's made for sports talk. 

 Right?  His appearance in the Sens twitterverse this year has been awesome.  Him working with Wally on this show is such a great combination.  

And getting Craig Medaglia to to the episode production was genius.
