This day in 2007: #Sens went up 3-0 vs Buffalo in ECF with a 1-0 win.

Daniel Alfredsson was the lone goal scorer, his ninth of the playoffs.

Ray Emery 15 save shutout.

Elliott Freidman: Thoughts on this list of candidates?

2. Ottawa’s list includes Dallas assistant Rick Bowness, incumbent Marc Crawford, NCAA Providence’s Nate Leaman, AHL Belleville bench boss Troy Mann, Martin and Toronto assistant DJ Smith. GM Pierre Dorion will pare down this group over the next couple of weeks

Ottawa plans on taking a run at extending Thomas Chabot when he’s eligible on July 1. If the Senators are going to build some goodwill with the fanbase, signing a cornerstone young player is the right place to start. The president of hockey operations search has been humbling for Eugene Melnyk. Not only was he rejected by the top candidates, but he couldn’t even get a meeting with them. The latest moves on the business side indicates the organization is still below its season-ticket and corporate-sales targets.

getting the hint yet, euge?

This is where it's pretty obvious that Euge is delusional, that's a mental health diagnosis for people who don't see the world for what it is but what they perceive it to be.  (I think that's it, but I ain't a Doctor and haven't stayed at any Holiday Inn Express's lately)

You know where things started to go wrong with the Sens? The day we parted ways with Slewidge.. it was just one thing after another.

It's true.  Lyndon was the glue that held the franchise together.

It really doesn't get talked about enough how many people prominently involved with the Ottawa Senators are criminals. Most of them are related to Melnyk's tenure at Biovail, but still. We're the crime team. Wonderful.

You may have just found the team’s new slogan for the 2019/2020 season

Love Twitter at times ❤️

 Other than euge, who?

Pan knows this stuff better than me, it seems that a bunch of guys who were involved in stock manipulation and Euge were fined and not able to work with the stock market back up to 15 years ago.  Euge has hired some of those thieves err execs to work with him with the Senators.

did bot know that, but its hardly surprising.
