I'm honestly amazed they aren't losing right now.

Yep a Carolina game it is.

 Lol

At least the game is going quickly. I think the teams want to get finished and get out of there. Hope Carolina weren't planning on flying out tonight.

I will be less depressed when we sign someone. Also I guess at least we had glory days... what about teams like Florida or Arizona? 🤣

That penalty was really weak.

Heatly truly was a one trick pony. He could shoot, but nothing else.

He's by far the most prolific goal scorer Sens ever had.

 What about Bill Mackult?

I was going to say not for long, but I guess if Duchene's short tenure doesn’t disqualify him, then yeah, Heatly has to be there too.

It's hard to compare Duchene/Stone now to the glory days of Spezza/Heatley/Alfie. The coach could 'need' a goal and put everyone out with Redden and you'd get one. It was incredible. Spezza and Heatley's chemistry was amazing, those no look drop passes actually made sense.

This is not helping my depressing day.

I sometimes pull up my favourite Spezza goal- when he dangles through that Montreal D-man and scores. It was all more impressive in the post-game interview because Jason said he was just really tired and trying to come off the ice 🤣

That goal should be on every Senators highlight reel for eternity.
