It blocks out anything that's available to watch on cable locally. So games that are on a national broadcast, or anything local (so for you, Jets games that are broadcast on TSN). I have to keep track of which ones are available where
That was singularly the most annoying thing when I lived in NY. 3 hours from everything and any Sabres, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, or Bruins game was blacked out. $5/month VPN fixed that.

That's what I always used to do... but since I can't update my cable package this year, I had to go with Gamecentre... which is usually pretty good, unless it freezes up for 30 seconds early in the game....
