Totally. Most of the city has been shut down since about 2:30. Closed all the schools, including the College and the University. Every evening activity/event was cancelled. I'm amazed the power is still on.
considering the season is lost, they should put ryan on the IR and let his damn hand heal. But, I'm sure they'd love to move his contract so they probably want him playing, not that anyone would want him, the way he's playing.
