Even last year I always felt we were coming into the 3rd period at a deficit. (Especially during the playoffs) this year we just can't come back and score when needed.
Yep, that was always my concern. They won far too many games by making ridiculous comebacks last year. When that falls apart... this is what you get.
That dzingle play, can you imagine being on the 29th place team, losing again, and thinking that yeah, I should turn up a great shooting chance and try this blind back pass.

That argument about biting always drives me crazy "Don't put your hand there if you don't want to get bitten" ummmmm.... no. That's not the way it works. Or "It's like a reflex, defensive reaction when you feel something there." Really? That's a very odd reflex.
