I had a odd January. Only been at the office 3 days.
Jan 4th week: 1 day at the office, was sick with a chest cold and worked from home rest of the week. was on call this week, but amazingly had no calls.
Jan 11th week: still sick, but made trip to Montreal to give training anyway lost voice on the Wednesday.
This week, at office 2 days, sick Wednesday, worked from home today. Should be in tomorrow.
Chest colds suck, haven't done any cardio in over 3 weeks. anxious to get back to it and train for 1/2 marathon in May
it's almost like a vacation, though!

Hotel had a heated roof top pool, but couldn't go try it out with a nasty cold.
