There is absolutely no excuse to ever dress Cowen again. He gets benched early in the game which means all the other guys have to play more & get exhausted. Enough. There is nothing intelligible to say that would be a positive at this point. I'd roll the dice with Claesson. This game may have cost us tomorrow's results too based on the minutes played.

You have to start asking questions when the team gets outplayed in the 1st period every game. makes you think they just aren't ready to play, not prepared as the other team.  It's been like that for 3 months now.

Ok, now I might ask where this fire was in first period, right after Marchand low bridged boro?

 

maybe if the sens had that fire earlier in games, they wouldn't get outshot in every single first period.
