Speaking of taking heads.... anyone watched The Amazing Race Canada?
Early on in the race, they went to TSN where they had to do a mock Sports Center segment without making any mistakes. It took several takes. James Duthie was on hand as their "co-host". The thought that came to my mind if I was there was to say something like.
"Hey this is tough, you guys are not idiots, you just play idiots on TV"
You know, I don't know if I want HNiC to try and resort to an american football format for their shows - I sort of felt they might've been trying too hard to do that already? I hate all the 'chrome' of like, Kypreos with the hockey sticks, those stupid pucks that they 'plug in' - I just feel it's too gimmicky. I agree that they should just let TSN do it.
It might have to do with the fact I like the TSN talking heads better, they actually seem like 'friends' while the HCiN talking heads always felt like they were coming to blows on every issue. Also who dressed those guys? Their suits always looked awful lol...

The podcast cut out for me so I listened to the rest of your comments about it and what you go on to say about the show being 'too flashy' is exactly what I mentioned above.
