 Don't forget the NYIslanders with 98 pts. and they have Pens and BlueJackets left and could lose both in regulation.  Ottawa would pass them too if Ottawa could win both games left.

98 is looking like the need to reach point due to the ROW tie breakers.

So to get to 98 Ottawa would need to finish 4-1-0 or 3-0-2 (WSH, @TOR, PIT, @NYR, @PHI)

For Boston to stop at 97: 2-2-0 or 1-1-2 (TOR, @WSH, @FLA, @TB)

For Detroit to stop at 97: 2-3-0 or 1-2-2 (@MIN, WSH, CAR, @MTL, @CAR)

I'd say given the state of the two teams and the schedules Detroit is the likelier target to hit.

 Hey AO, heard last nite that the Islanders are now vulnerable they have the Pens then the hot as hell Blue Jackets who are right now smoking the Yard Waste 5-0.  So if NYI lose both to the Pens and Jackets and the Sens win they can pass these guys too.  This has to be in regulation though.   The Isles lost a game in the most horrific way possible if u ask me after being down 2 goals in the dying minutes they get 2 empty net goals to tie and clinch a playoff spot only to have Halek let in a real softie in the dying seconds. If the Sens did that with the same scenario I'd of had a complete breakdown.
