I listened to a little bit of it on the radio while driving back from an emergency fishing trip.   I thought nothing could be worse than Joe Bowen calling a Leafs-Sens game but I was wrong; this was even worse than his usual work.

Only saw a little of the game when I flipped over from the golf during commercials. The golf was more exciting.

This is awful.  I wonder what's on 60 mins.

proud to say I haven't watched 1 minute of anything ASG or related since the Alfie tribute in Ottawa a few years ago, this kind of stuff is just awful.  no direspect to anyone who may have enjoyed that dreck.

Can't they just re-use the introductions from last night?

one might argue that if the best you can get is some forgettable, bland music group to open the festivities, why have a band at all?

OV didn't have any of his friends this time. Much more boring for him, yet was the best at keeping the draft entertaining. They only had a second with Luongo too. The hosts from the draft last night were painful in my opinion and it really shows the talent that Duthie has for these types of things. Someone on Twitter mentioned that Stombo should have done this and regardless as to how much I can't stand him talking about hockey, he probably would have been the best at this.

Too bad he's not allowed to do that in a real shootout
