 Chiasson for being an IDIOT!

Garry Galley: you don't want to embarrass a referee.

He's right, the refs do a fine job of doing that themselves.

1994 Dan Cloutier G didn't do anything with Rangers
1995 Traded
1996 Jeff Brown Never played in NHL
1997 Stefan Cherneski Never played in the NHL
1998 Manny Malhotra Scored 21 Goals in parts of 4 seasons for NYR #7 overall, that's bust for them
1999 Pavel Brendl Played 78 NHL games
2000 Traded to Detroit and Detroit picked Nik Kronwall who is still playing
2001 Dan Blackburn Played 63 games
2002 Traded pick
2003 Hugh Jessiman #12 overall in the best draft of all time--Dustin Brown and Brent Seabrook taken in next 2 pick and Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf, Ryan Kesler and Mike Richards all after that dud.
2004 Al Montoya Never played for NYR
2005 Marc Staal Finally a guy who could play, the Sens took Brian Lee 3 spots ahead of this

this is what u get during a Devils game

Pavel Brendl, I was just trying ti think of his name.  I remembered that the Rangers had a high pick be a bust.

and picked at #11 was Freakin' Saprykin

lol at our boy Saprykin, the Rangers thru a bunch of seasons were worse than awful at the entry draft

That's because they didn't actually care... in the pre-cap era, their strategy was to overpay aging vets.

You are exactly right, they would really overpay everyone all the time then

hate to say it but it's a matter of time till NJ scores with all the prime chances they are getting, but they shoot as well as Condra at times, that was a great save on Jagr

that whole first round besides the Sedins was a bust--the next best player was Havlat at pick 26 for the Sens
