Step 1: cook bacon in cast iron pan. Step 2: eat bacon Step 3: cook chicken in the bacon fat Step 4: add butter chicken sauce Step 5: enjoy This worked so well it will likely be repeated until my heart stops.

Properly made bacon candy is divine.   But I'm a huge fan of the sweet/salty combo, and love anything maple bacon as well.
