So if the Sens just hired a new GM that had missed the playoffs the last 5 seasons and signed Alex Semin to a 7 year contract at huge dollars and the front office of said team was bragging how they took advantage of that GM they just hired when they made the Staal trade would anyone be excited by that hire?

Just think how the Pukes fan base feels
