Darn it. Now I'll never win a cat. Boo hoo.

We do have a consolation prize for you, and a copy of our home game.

Now, thing is.....

if they win the lottery and draft Dahlin, maybe I would trade ek65. You still have 2 you superstar in the making D, and you save 12 million to speed up a rebuild, plus a pile in return for him. It may not be the disaster that losing him could be.

Preferable would be to trade Ceci.  Chabot and Dahlin combined would be cheap for the first four years of the Karlsson deal.  After that assess and trade from a position of strength.

This is the ONLY scenario that would not create rioting

But still, morale will plummet. What if he goes to a total douche team like Vegas or Boston? How would you like to see him high-fiving Marchand? *dies inside*

I don’t want to see it, especially if we don’t get Dahlin. But, that’s the only thing that could make it bearable.

Karlsson took the puck :/

Welp, we all might not have won after all

If they trade him, especially if it involves a package deal with Ryan so they end up taking less back for the salary dump, Eug deserves everything coming to him.

I'm hoping he took that puck to hedge his bets. Man.

If he leaves it’s going to be very difficult to pull for that laundry
