Serves us right for believing.

No kidding, it’s been since 2018 and the Sweden sweep and trading too much for Duchene that I last believed they were good

My Wife asked me to ask my Canadian buddies what you think of Trudeau resigning. I try very hard to stay clear of politics and ConstantlyNegativeNews and the absolute nuts on FoxNews so I literally know next to nothing about your PM.

Jacob Bernard-Docker suffered a serious injury this morning. I just read on Twitter. I guess I’m back to not giving a crap about this season anymore. I got my hopes up for what two or three weeks

Not that JBD is near as important as Linus but it’s just a continuation of you cannot have nice things when it comes to theSenators

I'm beginning to develop a complex. I don't think the hockey gods like us.

And, Harmonic is out 2-3 weeks. So, yeah.

Have any of you been reading the stuff that Robin Lehner has been putting on Twitter? It sounds like he’s in a really bad place and I hope he gets real help and soon.

Who knew that Drake Batherson is the best golfer in the NHL? Just saw it on Twitter and then read the story on the Ottawa Senators website.

Can‘t open anything on that link because when you try to, there’s nothing to click on. Did he say anything About that time Period And why he left

Heatley knows his departure was contentious and understands it may still be a sore point for some fans even 15 years later. He says he’s prepared to answer the inevitable questions on that front when he speaks to the local media on Thursday.

“I’ve got a few things to say, but I’ll deal with it when we come to town,” says Heatley.

But he wants Ottawa fans to know that his trade request never had anything to do with the city or the fan base.

“The way it went down, a lot of things were out of my control. That’s the biggest thing I want to convey to people. It wasn’t anything against people in Ottawa or the fans,” says Heatley. “Those were four of the best years of my life and arguably the best four years of my hockey career. So I’m just excited to be back and in that atmosphere.”

I think most fans understand what was going on now.
