So basically... the ground is frozen solid, we have a couple of feet of snow on the ground, and now we are going to get an inch and a half of rain on top of that.

Not good. Could cause a lot of flooding when the snow melts from the rain.
and we're following that up with 6-10" of snow Friday night and Saturday.
Problem with flooding is that many storm drains are covered with snow, so no place for water to go.
What the heck?? How are you guys going to get around? Around here that would be enough to call out the National Guard for help.
